By participating in a fundraiser or making a donation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

But Wait Raffle Winner Process

How Winners Will Be Chosen:

• Each purchased ticket will be assigned a number based on the order of purchase. For example, if Jane is the first to purchase 5 tickets for a particular prize, her entries will be numbered 1-5. If Paul buys the next 10 tickets, his will be numbered 6-15.
• When it’s time to draw the winners (starting at 2pm on Sunday, August 9th), we will use Google’s random number generator to choose the winner.
• We will take screenshots of the winner selection process.

Payment

Stripe and PayPal transactions are our current methods of payment. Our terms are payment in full. All goods remain the property of Shelter to Home until paid for in full.

Security

We take the security of all our supporters and transactional data very seriously. Our site is maintained, updated, and secured to the best of our ability within the best practices of website security. The website is additional secured via server side by our hosting company. Any breaches or issues with the hosting company are out of our control.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Donations and purchases of fundraiser items are refundable unless otherwise provided at the time of purchase. Any items received as part of the transaction must be returned before the refund will be processed.

Force Majeure & Waiver

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any agreement that is due to an event beyond the control of such party, including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood, or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any party affected by such event must inform the other party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions of any agreement.

Failure of either party to insist on strict performance of any provision of this or any agreement or the failure of either party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled hereunder will not constitute a waiver thereof and will not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any agreement will be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both parties.

Shelter to Home reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
